IDX makes approved listing information available on your website. It is not an unrestricted license to reuse MLS data—or a blanket privacy guarantee.
What “CRMLS IDX included” means
Our proposed plans include CRMLS IDX integration and setup for eligible participants, subject to brokerage, MLS and provider approvals. Activation is not automatic. MLS membership, association dues, domains and separately assessed provider charges are outside the base plan. Other MLS markets or IDX providers may require a separate quote. Costs are disclosed before activation.
What the public CRMLS rules say
CRMLS requires brokerage identification on IDX displays and restricts use and redistribution of MLS information. These listing-data rules are distinct from a website’s privacy notice and its handling of consumer inquiries. See sections 19.2.7, 19.2.9, 19.2.11 and 19.2.13 of the CRMLS Rules and Policies (January 2026). Applicable contracts and subsequent updates must also be checked before launch.
Your inquiry and your choices
The eStoreware sales contact form sends your request to the eStoreware service team. Customer property inquiries have a different recipient: the identified agent or brokerage for that site. Hosting, email, security and approved integrations may process information to deliver the service. Each production site needs a privacy notice identifying its responsible business, processors, uses, retention and contact options.
We do not describe IDX as “never shared with anyone.” The applicable privacy notice and consent choices must explain actual processing. Marketing subscriptions and any sharing outside the approved service workflow require separate review.
MLS content and AI stay separate
No AI service is activated by these plan pages. Our rollout does not authorize sending CRMLS/MLS listing data, photos or derived MLS summaries to an AI model. Any such use requires applicable licensing permission in writing and a reviewed implementation. Manually copying MLS content into an AI prompt does not make it independently owned content.
Flyers and property reports in the showroom use fictional sample data. Production use of MLS content in reports, exports or marketing materials requires its own licensing and attribution checks; public IDX display permission alone is not a promise that every use is allowed.
Before we activate your feed
- Confirm participant eligibility, brokerage authorization and the website URL.
- Verify the applicable vendor agreements and current display rules.
- Test listing attribution, required disclosures and data refresh behavior.
- Verify site-specific inquiry routing and customer access controls.
- Confirm approved data uses, privacy notices and any third-party fees.
