Billing that matches your choice

Monthly and annual-prepaid are separate options. Annual prepaid covers 12 months with a base subscription price equivalent to 10 monthly payments. The setup fee is one-time and follows the chosen plan and billing option. Taxes, domains, approved extras and third-party charges are separate.

Founder Access

Intended for the first 10 approved paid customers, with a 12-month initial price lock. A request or inquiry is not a reservation. Renewal pricing, notice periods and eligibility must be provided in writing before enrollment. Other plans are regular launch plans, not founder offers.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Renewal method, renewal notice, monthly cancellation timing, annual refund eligibility and treatment of completed setup work are still being finalized. No payment or binding acceptance is requested on these pages. Review the final agreement before ordering; do not assume either a prorated refund or automatic renewal.

Your domain, your content, the platform

Use a domain you own or request registration assistance in your name. Registration and renewals need an approved price. You retain your rights to content you supply; MLS data and third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. The eStoreware software is licensed as a service, not transferred as customer-owned source code.

Before purchase, your agreement must specify which customer data can be exported, in what format, at what cost if any, and the export window and deletion schedule after cancellation. MLS data is not promised as a portable customer export. Hosting and licensed tools do not continue indefinitely after service ends.

Scope and expectations

Each plan covers one website and its stated agent seats. Campaign allowances, storage/fair-use limits, support targets and added-seat annual pricing must be agreed before payment. Custom development, ad spend and unlimited personal support are not included. No search ranking, number of leads, closed transactions or income is guaranteed.
